FATE has unveiled a new state-of-the-art facility called The Lab, geared towards catering to both professional players looking for a place to train, as well as more casual gamers.

New Esports Facility Revealed

Esports players often need dedicated facilities to practice in preparation for competitive events. Organizations often spend sizable resources to create such spaces and FATE Esports is no exception. The organization recently revealed its new esports facility called The Lab.

Located in Amman, Jordan, the facility will house its esports rosters for competitions and practice. In addition to that, the new space can be used by casual gamers for amateur tournaments.

“The Lab is armed for elite teams and individuals looking for a complete solution to play their million-dollar online tournaments, intensive practice sessions, or casual gaming sessions,” FATE’s official statement reads.

“Constantly updated with cutting-edge gaming and networking equipment, lightning-fast internet connections, failover systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and privacy measures, The Lab ensures an optimal gaming environment at all times. Leveraging connections through multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs), The Lab boasts exceptional latency speeds, seamlessly linking players to gaming servers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.”

With this new facility, the organization aims to solidify its position as a major esports organization in the MENA region. This is actually the second time that FATE Esports has announced a dedicated space that will be used as a facility. Back in December 2020, the organization revealed it had partnered with telecommunications giant Orange to launch a gaming hub focused on scouting esports talent in the country.

What Does the Facility Offer?

The Lab provides both professional players and more casual gamers with various equipment and amenities at their disposal. For example, the facility has “The Pit” which simulates real-life console competitions.

Players may also use their own machines to play in the facility. The organization can provide them with ViewSonic 240hz 1ms monitors, high-speed internet, a gaming desk, and chair with which they can combine their own PC. The Lab also offers 24/7 tech support as well as various coaching programs for all proficiency levels of gamers
