- Three players have simultaneously left Natus Vincere’s Dota 2 team as the organization is looking to improve its performance
- The leaving players include RAMZES666, Mag, and RodjER, some of which are already looking for a new team
- Na’Vi will look to create a stronger Dota 2 lineup and return to relevancy
Esports organization Natus Vincere will be making some dramatic changes to its Dota 2 roster as it just parted ways with three of its members.
Reworking a Failing Roster
Three Dota 2 players have said their goodbyes with the Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere as the latter is looking to build a stronger team after the suboptimal performance during The International 10 Eastern European qualifiers.
Na’Vi had already benched the roster on July 23 and is now moving on with the changes. Three players will be leaving the Dota 2 team:
- Andrey “Mag” Chipenko
- Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev
- Vladimir “RodjER” Nikogosian
RodjER has already announced that he’s looking for a new organization.
Alik “V-Tyne” Vorobey and Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenk will be remaining on the roster and will be joined by three new players who are yet to be announced.
Those changes were already foreshadowed by Aleksey “xaoc” Kucherov, Natus Vincere’s CEO, who had talked about hiring a new team. Xaoc will be taking his time in choosing the new players as there is still a lot of time before TI10.
Searching for New Talents
Mag was a part of Natus Vincere for three years, although he wasn’t always active. Out of the three removed players, he was the one with the most time on Na’Vi’s Dota 2 team. In comparison, RodjER had just one year as a part of the Ukrainian team. RAMZES666 had even less as he joined Na’Vi just this spring. However, he will be now departing with the rest.
Natus Vincere is a well-known esports organization, but sadly, at least when it comes to Dota 2, the team’s performance has failed to live up to the organization’s name. The roster failed to score any significant victories during the Dota Pro Circuit and The International 10 qualifier.
Because of this, Na’Vi will have to seriously step up their game and find some truly flawless players. Luckily, as CEO xaoc had said, the team will have more than enough time to weigh its options and decide on an optimal choice.
Na’Vi enthusiasts should stay tuned to see where the team will go from now.
