Dr. Disrespect Knows Why He was Banned
It has been more than a year since Dr. Disrespect was banned from Twitch and forced to migrate to YouTube. The reasons behind the ban are still unknown, but in a recent stream, the content creator shared that he knows what they are and is planning to take legal action against the streaming service.
Dr. Disrespect's ban came on July 26 last year. As Twitch usually does not communicate very clearly the reasons for punitive actions, people are yet to know what caused the Doctor to be kicked out of the platform.
However, yesterday, in a YouTube broadcast where he compared Twitch and his current platform, Dr. Disrespect made a huge reveal: He has apparently known what the reason behind the ban is for months now, and it has gotten him through a lot of emotional turmoil. Sadly, he didn't reveal it to his fans.
The content creator emphasized that there is a reason he doesn't want to talk about this but wanted to reassure them by saying that he, at least, knows full well. Not only that, but he is also planning to take the case to court.

Although this is a serious matter, fans of the streamer can rest assured that action will be taken. Until now, it was believed that nobody knew what led the Doctor to be kicked out of the streaming platform that he calls “the purple snake.” After yesterday's stream, it is now evident that Dr. Disrespect knows what led to the ban and isn't at all happy about it.
The content creator was quite sparing in what he shared, but it is quite clear that the main motive for the lawsuit is the huge amount of damage the ban has dealt with his career. In the broadcast, Dr. Disrespect pointed out that a huge amount of reach had been taken away from him on top of all the adjustments his brand had to do to migrate to YouTube. Additionally, the streamer implied that he lost his chance for a “huge eight-figure deal” because of the ban.
Whatever the truth behind Dr. Disrespect's ban is, it is clear that he is not letting it slide and will not hesitate to fight back.
