  • RAMZES666 has spoken in an interview with Na’Vi about his motivation to play for the team’s Dota 2 squad
  • He discussed his stand-in experience with the organization and paid tribute to his EG coach, BuLba

Na’Vi has published an interview with their new offlaner Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev who talked about his motivation to play with the team.

RAMZES666 Talks about Joining Na’Vi

They were there when it all started. Na’Vi was competing in Dota long before the game became a stand-alone title developed by Valve. In a recent interview shared on the organization’s YouTube channel, Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev explained why he had switched teams such as Evil Geniuses and Virtus.pro to join Na’Vi instead.

Na’Vi has not had an easy spell either, comparing to Virtus.pro and EG which have been doing considerably better in the Dota 2 scene. Yet, RAMZES666 is convinced that he has made the right call.

RAMZES666 motivation is as simple as the joy of playing Dota 2. Having played with Na’Vi as a stand-in in the past, RAMZES666 said that he felt at home and that he had sought to actively join the organization through the legal channels. Most recently, he joined the team for the Singapore Major, even though Na’Vi decided not to travel, citing COVID-19 concerns.

It was all a spur-of-a-moment decision, too. After travelling to Singapore, RAMZES666 found out that Na’Vi had withdrawn. He didn’t mind, though and decided to immediately pounce at the opportunity and see if he can get signed up in a more permanent position.

The RAMZES666 addition was received with a small dose of skepticism as GeneRaL had been removed from the roster, possibly to make room for RAMZES666. However, Na’Vi addressed those concerns arguing that the team needed a strong leader to help the roster rally and achieve even greater results.

RAMZES666 admitted in the interview that he is no longer too involved in the competitive side of Dota 2, but he has found his experience with Na’Vi enjoyable enough to seek new opportunities. Traditionally playing as a carry, RAMZES666 will fill in the shoes of GeneRal at the offlane.

Upbeat and approachable, RAMZES666 spared no praise to his EG coach, Kanishka ‘Sam’ “BuLba” Sosale who has helped the player achieve his full potential in the game. We recommend seeing the interview in its entirety as RAMZESS66 is an outstanding player and a person above all else.
