After coming out of a disappointing run at the NA VCT Game Changers Series One, the Misfits are revamping their roster.

Misfits Sign kxtieoh and Zoe Servais

Competition in any tournament, be it in a classical sport or esports, comes with just one certain thing – there is one winner and many losers. As it turns out, the Misfits’ all-female team was in the latter group at the end of the North American VALORANT Champions Tour Game Changers Series One event.

The team was unable to qualify for the main event after being defeated by Dignitas and VersionX. Due to this, the organization decided to release Luna “Lunafox” Ryan. Moreover, Madelynn “Mady” Saye announced she will be a full-time streaming career.

To combat the loss of this talent, Misfits have signed kxtieoh and Zoe Servais, multiple sources have told Dot Esports. Kxtieoh has most recently played for AIMPUNCH in NA VCT Game Changers Series One, where they fell to TSM X and Misfits. Having once before faced the team she is now signed to, the primarily Sova player comes into the team with a respectable 1.13 K:D and a 141.4 ADR over the past two months, according to VLR.gg.

Her new teammate, Zoe Servais, comes to Misfits with experience playing for TSM X and Polaris. While playing for the latter, Zoe helped Polaris accumulate numerous podium finishes. It was widely regarded as the best free-agent team on the scene. Despite the many achievements, the team did not stay together all that long and the players decided to part ways in March this year. Zoe brings a lot of flexibility to Misfits, as she has successfully played a variety of different agents over the past few months.

Misfits Gaming Group’s all-female VALORANT roster was widely considered one of the best on the scene ever since it was announced last year, as part of the organization’s efforts to inspire more women to participate in esports. Despite having some success last year, 2022 has so far not been kind to the team. The Florida-based crew struggled and was unable to qualify during the recent Champions Tour Game Changers Series One event.

By signing kxtieoh and Zoe Servais, the organization hopes to turn its bad fortunes around. Their next big goal is the trophy of the next Game Changers event which is set to kick off on June 30. However, the Misfits will have to participate without florescent due to her age.

“In fact, we would argue that Bitcasino’s esports product is one of the best we have experienced. It’s simple, clear-cut, and offers a variety of products and options that other platforms are failing to deliver on.”
