  • Valve has dropped more updates about the Battle Pass and Dota Plus
  • Players will get a whole lot of subscription goodies
  • The Battle Pass should be released before the end of the year

As the Winter Update for the Dota Plus subscription service is around the corner, Valve has detailed some of the expected novelties, including a new Battle Pass.

Dota 2 Updates Promise Plenty of Content Ahead

The Dota Plus Winter Update will bring a bunch of goodies with it, along with a new Battle Pass that will begin feeding into The International, the game’s biggest esports event, which is in the habit of dishing seven-figure prizes.

The arrival of the update will come with brand new content for Dota Plus subscribers who can expect more seasonal treasures, guild quests, and rewards, and not least, music packs to lighten(?) the mood. To get your hands on those goodies, you would need to be a part of the Dota Plus subscription model.

The Winter 2021 Seasonal Treasure will come with plenty of fresh updates, including cosmetics for Spirit Break, Riki, Treant Protector, Undying, Lina, Chaos Knight, Arc Warden, and more. There will be a new Bionic Birdie to run errands between the base and front lines.

Valve has also crafted a heavy metal music pack that will be made available to you for just $4.99. The pack is composed by Humanity’s Last Breath, a deathcore metal band from Sweden. The music promises to add a “brutal edge to the soundscape of battle.”

Not a Dota Plus Subscriber? Here’s the Battle Pass Info You’ve Waited

If you are solely interested in the Battle Pass, then you would be happy to know that it should be coming before the year is out. The Battle Pass will be arriving with holiday-themed content, as it should, and it will feature rewards of its own.

Valve will be releasing more details about the Battle Pass in the coming weeks as it gears up for a global launch. Meanwhile, the Dota Plus subscription is available for just $3.99 a month, and it comes with a whole bunch of goodies. It also helps push the game’s development and guarantees that Valve can continue to deliver impeccable content across the board.

The guild quests will be reset, and players will have the opportunity to win hundreds of thousands of shards during the regular season. Overall, it’s a fresh start for community and competitive Dota, and it begins this winter. The news follows up on a previous announcement about a fantasy esports league and more details regarding the Battle Pass.

From our 5 star review…

“In fact, we would argue that Bitcasino’s esports product is one of the best we have experienced. It’s simple, clear-cut, and offers a variety of products and options that other platforms are failing to deliver on.”
