The International Dota 2 Championship picked SteelSeries as an official peripheral partner.

SteelSeries: Official Peripherals Brand of the TI10

The International 10 is the biggest Dota 2 tournament this year starting next week. Only days before the start, the leading manufacturer of gaming peripherals and accessories, SteelSeries announced that it was chosen to be an official peripheral partner for The International 10.

The tournament is set to start on October 7 and will run through October 17. Taking place in Bucharest, Romania, the tournament features a prize pool surpassing $40 million. Now, considering that SteelSeries was picked as an official peripheral partner, the company will provide its award-winning products to players who are participating in the event.

SteelSeries’ team will also be present during the tournament and will share updates via its digital media channels while observing some of the best Dota 2 teams in the world. Additionally, SteelSeries announced that its team will be vaccinated, wearing masks and cheering for the teams from a safe distance.

SteelSeries to Release a Limited Edition QcK Prism XL Mousepad

Besides teaming up with The International 10, SteelSeries unveiled a limited edition mousepad, commemorating the 2021 International Dota 2 Championship. The mouse pad dubbed QcK Prism XL features 2-zone RGB dynamic illumination and is optimized for low and high DPI tracking movements. The size of the limited edition mousepad is 900 mm x 300 mm x 4 mm and it will be sold at the tournament in Bucharest. Dota 2 fans will also be able to purchase the mouse pad online during the event.

SteelSeries in collaboration with Steam has been a part of The International Dota 2 Championships since 2013. The company sponsors two teams that will participate in the competition. The first team is Bull OG, which is already a two-time champion and it looks like they are going straight for a third title. Additionally, SteelSeries also sponsors T1. The company stressed that professional esports players have won more prize money while using SteelSeries products than with any other brand.
