BetBoom is hoping that Viacheslav “innersh1ne” Britvin’s former work as an analyst for teams like MOUZ and FaZe will make him a great new head coach for their CS team.

Innersh1ne Joins BetBoom

Russian betting organization BetBoom has been an organizer of various competitive CS:GO events over the years. However, the company never had a Counter-Strike team of its own. This was until July of this year, when the organization announced it was entering competitive CS by signing nafany, s1ren, and zorte from Cloud9, Team Spirit, and FORZE Esports, respectively, as well as KaiR0N- and danistzz.

However, the organization has stayed without a coach ever since. This all changed when BetBoom announced yesterday that Viacheslav “innersh1ne” Britvin has been signed as the organization’s new head coach. The 29-year-old Counter-Strike veteran comes to the team after his contract with his previous employer, Aurora, expired at the end of September.

“I’m glad to join BetBoom Team! It’s clear that the guys are motivated and ready to grow,” innersh1ne said in the announcement. “I’ve been training the boys for a few days now and I’m full of enthusiasm! Vlad [nafany] is an amazing in-game leader, and I’m really excited to work with him.”

Britvin spent just four months with his last team, Aurora, having played just one event with them. he stood behind the squad at PARI Dunav Party, where Aurora, unfortunately, suffered defeat at the hands of and 9 Pandas, resulting in a 5-6th place exit for the organization. The best performance that Aurora managed to show during Britvin’s coaching, was at the CCT 2023 Online Finals 2, where they finished third.

The coach pointed out that the reason for Aurora’s lackluster performance was a lack of synergy between him and the team’s in-game leader. He also explained that previous coaching experience of his own could have helped in the situation. Bitvin has previously been an analyst for the likes of GamerLegion, MOUZ, and FaZe. Although he has worked for quite big names, he has unfortunately had limited experience in actually leading them.

However, Bitvin now has a great opportunity to improve his track record as a coach, considering his new position. He is faced with a big task in preparing BetBoom for the upcoming IEM Sydney, which will run from October 16 to 22. The Russian squad will have a tough opponent from the get-go in the face of Vitality, so Bitvin is already faced with a major challenge.

“In fact, we would argue that Bitcasino’s esports product is one of the best we have experienced. It’s simple, clear-cut, and offers a variety of products and options that other platforms are failing to deliver on.”
