  • Free Fire’s popularity worldwide continues to increase as Na’Vi signs its first roster for the game
  • Na’Vi is tapping into Sentinels’ established Free Fire squad and bring it over under its own banner
  • The organization hopes to see the players continue on their strong momentum and win new titles throughout 2021 and in the future

Na’Vi becomes the latest organization to put its confidence in the quickly emerging Free Fire competitive system.

Free Fire Brings Natus Vincere in Mobile Esports

Natus Vincere is making a step forward in mobile gaming with the esports organization joining the battle royale fray in Free Fire, Garena, and Tencent’s blockbuster title. To move forward quickly, Na’Vi will acquire Silence’s Free Fire roster, with all players coming over to compete for the Ukrainian team instead.

Na’Vi is making an early move as Free Fire is only getting started in the CIS region whereas its popularity in South America and Southeast Asia is already reaching record numbers. Sentinels’ roster consists of some of the most talented Free Fire players in Europe, represented by:

  • Ruslan “Dandy” Omorov
  • Kheibar “VaJniy” Imanov
  • Aleksandr “DD” Bozhkov
  • Amir “Skyrix” Kanatov

Alexander “Glory” Manoil will continue managing the team and offer guidance to players. In a statement by VaJniy, the player thanked fans for their support and promised that Sentinels would continue to do just as well under the Na’Vi banner.

Next for the team is the World Championship in Mexico which the Free Fire squad intends on winning. Na’Vi’s current signees are no chance players either. They have already won numerous titles, including the Free Fire Pro League CIS, and came a close second in the Continental Series EMEA. Building on this success, the team also managed to secure first place in the Pro League CIS second season.

Na’Vi also has big hopes for the new Free Fire as the team will do its best to claim the best titles in the emerging esports. The World Series in Mexico will be a true test to the experienced roster’s mettle under a new banner.

Na’Vi is hardly the only organization to have assessed the benefits of breaking into the competitive Free Fire space. Previously, it was rumored that TSM FTX will seek to acquire a Free Fire of its own, and they did in late June shortly after the first rumors circulated.

“In fact, we would argue that Bitcasino’s esports product is one of the best we have experienced. It’s simple, clear-cut, and offers a variety of products and options that other platforms are failing to deliver on.”
