Midnite has vowed to boost its social media presence by acquiring two social media professionals to its ranks, namely Harry Layton and Louis Corps.
Midnite Hires Layton and Corps
Midnite, a dedicated esports, and sports betting platform “where gamers reign,” has increased its manpower by hiring two new gambling industry veterans to its ranks. The new acquisitions will help to improve the British bookmaker’s social and content offerings.
The first new member is Harry Layton, who has previously worked for the Canadian gambling operator Rivalry as a social media manager. As a Midnite employee, Layton will assume a similar role, becoming the head of social media. As such, his job will be to drive engagement on the bookmaker’s social media platforms.
The other member is Louis Corps. Corps is another former Rivalry member who will now be stepping into the shoes of Midnite’s vice president of content and social. Back in Rivalry, Corps served as the Canadian operator’s head of content and social media and will use his skills to benefit his new company.
Corps spoke about his new position. He shared that he is convinced that a strong social media strategy can establish Midnite as one of the largest and most engaging betting brands in the world.
“We have some extremely exciting projects and partnerships in the pipeline for 2022 and we will innovate the traditional sports and esports betting space within the UK and globally,” he explained.
Midnite is Excited to Propagate Its Esports Offerings
Both Layton and Corps have significant experience in the realm of social media and will use their vast knowledge to the utmost to help and differentiate Midnite’s offerings in the digital space. They will be working on Midnite’s social media strategy and will seek to attract new customers to the British bookmaker’s platform.
Nick Wright, the co-founder of Midnite, currently serving as the brand’s chief executive officer, welcomed the two social media professionals to the company. He pointed out that Corps and Layton are some of the best esports content leaders in the betting industry. Wright is sure that the two social media experts will replicate their former successes and will drive more engagement to Midnite’s platform than ever.
“We have big ambitions at Midnite and Louis and Harry are key additions to the team,” Wright said.
Midnite is one of the betting companies that have been very interested in esports and the developments in the field. In June, Midnite entered a data partnership with Esports.gg’s parent company, Esports Media Inc.
