Sentinels are seeking masterful Wild Rift players to establish a professional roster.
Sentinels Are on the Lookout for Professionals
California-based esports organization Sentinels will be entering League of Legends: Wild Rift in partnership with the mobile title’s company Riot Games. The Sentinels will seek to replicate their tremendous success in the company’s shooter title VALORANT and are currently searching for skilled and proficient candidates across North America to join their team.
The organization announced its entrance into Wild Rift on its official Twitter page.
As mentioned, Sentinels aren’t new to Riot games. The organization recently won the VALORANT Masters: Reykjavik tournament and took $200,000 back home. The event was the first international tournament for Riot’s shooter and because of this Sentinels victory cemented them in the game’s esports history.
The esports organization will be looking to maintain its momentum when establishing the Wild Rift team which is exactly why it’s looking for skilled players. The new Wild Rift team will also mark the first time Sentinels have expanded into a mobile game.
Esports fans in North America who feel confident in their competitive skills can request a spot in Sentinels’ Wild Rift team by filling out the organization’s official questionnaire.
Joining a Fresh Esports Scene
Riot Games’ profound knowledge of making games and hosting esports events has quickly established Wild Rift as one of the major mobile games. Despite still waiting an official release date in China, the game has quickly grown into a lucrative success and into a beloved title by many fans.
Numerous Wild Rift esports events have already been held or are in the making, with a World Championship coming around the end of 2021.
Sentinels’ choice to join Wild Rift seems logical. VALORANT is also a relatively new title and the organization already enjoyed some impressive success. Following the same line of logic, Wild Rift’s esports scene is still just as fresh and will offer Sentinels a lot of new opportunities.
Because of that, several other organizations have already shown interest in Wild Rift. Two notable of them include Team SoloMid FTX and Cloud9.
