- KT Rolster will take on T1 in Week 5 as the two teams have never met in the series so far
- T1 are posted as the heavy favorites at 2.71 and seem poised to win the game in a clear sweep
- It’s possible that KT Rolster could pry away a single win which is precisely what we expect to happen
T1 and KT Rolster will be locking horns on Friday, February 18 as part of Week 5 of the LCK Spring Split. There seems not to be much doubt about who the winner here would be. T1 have gone undefeated in the series so far and they have lost only four games overall – out of 20 played.
On the other hand, KT Rolster are currently #5 seed and they have 50% win rate. However, these two squads have not had a direct clash during the series so far, and it would be interesting to see what happens next when they actually play later this week.

KT Rolster Betting Preview (Feb 18, 2022)
KT Rolster has had a “so-so” season. Seeded as #5 they are right in the middle of the ranking for the LCK Spring Split this year and they may go up or down. The team has won four out of four series and won 11 out of 20 total games. Overall, KT Rolster definitely has shortcomings that it needs to address and quickly if it wants to be a competitive team in the weeks to follow.
What can they do against T1? The truth is not much. A sudden upset is not very likely here and T1 will most likely have a clear 2-0 run. There is a but. KT Rolster could still rally and pray away a single victory in the series, and additionally pressure T1, but whether this will happen, we will all see on Friday.
T1 Betting Preview (Feb 17, 2022)
T1 have been on a spree with no team in the LCK proving sufficiently prepared to challenge them in any capacity. This has allowed the squad to continue dominating and dealing with all of its opponents in a clear manner. Admittedly, T1 has lost single games to some of the lower-seeded teams recently but not the series against them.
These recent game losses, though, may indicate that as the tournament advances T1 are either becoming more complacent with their effortless leadership position or they are facing new challenges to address. T1 are unlikely to show signs of slow down any time soon, but the fact that have conceded a few games to those lower seeds could give KT Rolster a potential opening in the series. The best odds to pick here would be:
- Pick: T1 – 1.5 (1.92)
