  • Esports organization Immortals has gotten Robert Yip back as a performance coach
  • The organization has also promoted several of its members to new positions
  • Immortals hope to push forward by ensuring the best team health and rewarding good work

Immortals have gotten their old performance coach Robert Yip back and have promoted hard-working employees.

Ensuring Good Health to Ensure Good Performance

Professional North American esports organization Immortals Gaming Club has promoted several team members to leadership positions. The organization has also had Robert Yip return to the team as its head of player performance. Yip will drive the athletes forward by ensuring their good physical and mental state.

Immortals Gaming Club will double down on their efforts in order to become an industry leader in terms of well-being, believing this will help them reach new heights. Yip will lead those endeavors, providing IGC’s players with valuable advice on achieving peak physical, mental and emotional health.

The new head of player performance will use his skills to help IGC’s office members as well as the players. The organization’s higher-ups will be getting health sessions with Boon Health.

Yip is an old acquaintance of the esports organization. He used to work for IGC as a performance coach but left seeking new opportunities. Yip has worked for some well-known names, such as FlyQuest Sports and Misfits Gaming. After serving the latter teams, he had a period as a freelance performance coach and sports psychologist.

Rewarding Employees for Their Hard Work

Other than acquiring its old performance coach back, IGC has promoted several of its members to higher positions within the organization.

  • Caroline Beall, formerly event operations manager, will now be director and partnership operations of the organization.
  • David Jaffe, a former senior producer, will now become IGC’s senior content producer
  • Meghan Anderson, previously a partnerships coordinator, will now serve as a manager, partnership activation.
  • Vincent Junior, who used to be a business intelligence and research analyst, will work as a manager, operations, and business intelligence.

Immortals Gaming Club’s president and chief commercial officer, Jordan Sherman, shared that he is delighted to have his talented staff climb up the company’s ladder. He firmly believes that the promotions are well-deserved because of the members’ invaluable dedication. Sherman pledged to support everyone who works for the future of the esports organization.

“At Immortals, we strive to be a destination where talented people are given the tools and opportunities they deserve. We’re working hard to evaluate our processes and make our work environment the best in class in the esports industry,” Sherman explained.

Immortals are one of the first three LCS organizations to join Wild Rift. The esports body is seemingly keen on expanding its operations by entering new leagues and ensuring the well-being of its team members at the same time.

“In fact, we would argue that Bitcasino’s esports product is one of the best we have experienced. It’s simple, clear-cut, and offers a variety of products and options that other platforms are failing to deliver on.”
