- NICKMERCS has selected Snip3down among the candidates for a leader of his Apex Legends team
- Snip3down is currently competing in Halo Infinite and will have to make time for two titles
- Although his schedules won’t intervene with one another, this is still impressive of him to undertake such a responsibility
Snip3down will be joining NICKMERCS’ new Apex Legends team and will manage two esports titles at the same time.
NICKMERCS Picks Snip3down as a Team Leader
The famous FaZe Clan content creator Nicholas “NICKMERCS” Kolcheff is assembling an esports team for Apex Legends. The legendary streamer just announced that he has finished searching for someone to head the squad – NICKMERCS will have his professional FaZe colleague Eric “Snip3down” Wrona join as an in-game leader.
Snip3down’s decision to agree on NICKMERCS’ offer demonstrates his devotion to competitive gaming. The player recently switched his focus on Halo but will now play both Halo and Apex Legends competitively. NICKMERCS admitted that at first was unsure whether Snip3down could make it. However, it turned out his schedules for Halo and Apex won’t conflict at all.
NICKMERCS picked Snip3down among several players he considered for the position. At the end of the day, Snip3down’s esports achievements put him ahead of the competition. NICKMERCS explained that there were a lot of great candidates but few of them could even compare to his final choice. NICKMERCS added that the fact Snip3down is a FaZe colleague also played a role in the decision.
Snip3down’s Nostalgia for Apex Gets Him Into Playing Two Titles at Once
Before joining FaZe, Snip3down used to be an Apex Legends player for the North American esports organization TSM FTX. At the end of 2021, however, he decided it was a time to change pace. The player left his Apex team to compete in the fresher Halo Infinite scene that keeps on attracting more and more esports professionals.
Snip3down explained that it wasn’t an easy decision to make but it felt like the right thing to do. The skills he had accumulated in Apex carried on to Halo and he and his team managed to secure third place in the Halo Championship Series Raleigh event – a promising start of his Halo career.
It seems like Snip3down is nostalgic about Apex Legends, seeing how easily he has agreed to join NICKMERCS’ team and simultaneously compete in two esports titles. This surely isn’t an easy undertaking even for a professional such as Snip3down and it will be interesting to see how the legend manages the two games.
