The promotional Prime Gaming initiative has already been launched and will keep on delivering content until September 14 this year. New rewards for various titles will be released monthly, always providing players with something to look forward to.

What Do Subscribers Get?

The first drop is already out and includes a legendary loot box for Overwatch. Fans of the game can look out for three more legendary loot boxes and three standard loot boxes dropping in the months to follow.

Hearthstone will provide players with four legendary cards and three standard card packs. The legendary cards will be decided at random and will be a guaranteed drop. The first one is already available and Hearthstone enthusiasts with a Prime Gaming subscription can get it right away. Players can benefit from this exciting offering on both PC and mobile, depending on where they play the game.

Activision Blizzard and Amazon have also promised content for other titles such as Starcraft and World of Warcraft. According to the companies, fans of the two games will also receive exclusive Prime Gaming content in the next few months. Blizzard and Amazon promised to reveal more soon and prompted enthusiasts to stay tuned.

Prime Gaming is described as “the Amazon Prime home for gamers.” It is a subscription-based service that is included in Amazon Prime or can be paid separately for $5.99 a month. Members of Prime Gaming receive promotional video game content each month and gain various benefits on their Twitch accounts.

Prime Gaming subscribers can also get free games each month. In April, fans will be eligible to download games such as Monkey Island 2: Special Edition, Plants versus Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion – Game of the Year Edition Deluxe, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion and four others.
