Chinese Dota is some of the best Dota you can see out there. The powerhouses from the East have long dominated the meta and competitive scene and PSG.LGD and EHOME are definitely two proud successors in this tradition.

EHOME is also one of the oldest franchises, and they were active when Dota 2 was just a map modification (so was LGD which later merged with PSG). Today, we take a look at the upcoming game between the teams on Friday, February 18.

PSG.LGD are posted as the undisputed favorite for the upcoming bout and that sort of makes sense. PSG.LGD has been flying high ever since they entered competitive Dota as a merged entity. They almost pried away a victor in The International and have been consistently posting strong results in the Chinese DPC.

The team also came second in The International 2021, third in The International 2019 and as noted, second in The International 2018. They also won the WePlay AniMajor with a clear 3-0 run over Evil Geniuses. Overall, PSG.LGD is a powerhouse in every sense of the word and we expect them to sweep EHOME here in a clean run without much opposition.

EHOME Odds to Win (Feb 18, 2022)

Do EHOME have any chance after all? We would like to believe that the organization can overcome adversity and rally its players. However, EHOME has been somewhat ill-represented during the 2021 competitive season. They missed The International and have not competed actively in much of last years.

Or, if they have, they couldn’t post any respectable results. That puts them in a tight spot. The odds of 4.95 to Win are clearly brilliant and they are very tempting if you are looking to back a dark horse. However, we don’t think EHOME are it.
