NoPing e-sports has unveiled its new roster, bringing four new names under its banner. The organization hopes to once again return to Division 1.
NoPing E-sports Announced Its New Players
The Brazilian esports organization NoPing e-sports has unveiled a new Dota 2 roster that features several fresh talents. This move comes after the team dismissed most of its players on February 15.
According to NoPing’s official announcement, several new players will be making their way into the team. Here is what the new iteration of NoPing looks like with the new additions:
- Leonardo “Mandy” Viana
- Pedro “Sooths” Luiz
- Diego “SexyFat” Barini Santamaria
- Leonardo “RdO” Fernandes
- Heitor “Duster” Pereira
The only player from the previous lineup that the organization has decided to keep is Leonardo “RdO” Fernandes. He will be, however, moved to position four. The organization has also added a new addition to its coaching staff, namely Filipe “Astini” Astini.
As is the case with the majority of the big roster changes, this one comes after NoPing’s previous team failed to produce any significant results. Even worse, the beginning of the 2022 season saw the team relegated to Division 2, marking a dark moment for the organization.
Most of the Players Have Already Played Together
Duster is a former Wolf Team player. However, being a substitute for a few months didn’t sit well with him, which is why he is now joining NoPain in hopes of proving his abilities.
Mandy and Sooths are friends who have played for various teams in 2021. Mandy’s recent experience includes playing with Fúria Jovem, Infamous and Pain Gaming. Sooths’ recent stints have also seen him switch a lot of teams, including Hokori, Internus and Fúria Jovem. The two friends will once again be reunited as a part of NoPing.
SexyFat last played with APU King of Kings – a team that performed surprisingly well at the recent regional league, finishing in 4th place. The athlete has previously played for Fúria Jovem and BINOMISTAS.
What unites RdO, Mandy, Sooths and SexyFat is that they are all former Fúria Jovem players. NoPing hopes that this will help the players quickly get used to one another and start making results. The organization has decided to keep RdO because of his experience and the fact that he has previously played with SexyFat as a part of Fúria Jovem and Duster as a part of FURIA Esports.
In order to prove themselves, the players have to climb the ranks and fly NoPing’s banner in Division 1 once again.
