Na’Vi’s s1mple and electronic Are the First CS:GO Millionaires from CIS Region

  • Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Denis “electronic” Sharipov have won more than $1 million from playing CS:GO professionally with their team
  • Top 5 richest CS:GO players are from Denmark

CS:GO pro players  Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Denis “electronic” Sharipov surpassed $1 million in earnings. The duo are the first CS:GO players that became millionaires from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region.

Two Na’Vi Players Became the First CS:GO Millionaires from the CIS Region

Professional players Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Denis “electronic” Sharipov from Natus Vincere became the first CS:GO pros from the CIS region to surpass $1 million in earnings. According to Esports Earnings, s1mple's total earnings hit $1,165,838. In Top 10 of CS:GO's richest players, s1mple now takes 6th place. On the other hand, Denis “electronic” Sharipov’s total earnings have reached $1,019,575 and he takes 13th place within the CS:GO players with the most money earned.

The duo hit the millionaire's club after their team Na'Vi won against Team Vitality during the ESL Pro League (EPL) Season 14. Additionally, Na'Vi also won the Intel Grand Slam (IGS) Season 3. The IGS brought the Na'Vi the grand $1,000,000 prize, while from EPL, they collected a $195,000 prize.

Undoubtedly, s1mple did his best during the ESL Pro League Season 14. Consequently, besides one of the two CS:GO millionaires from the CIS region, the pro was named MVP of the tournament as he showed significant dedication and high-end skills.

Top 5 Richest CS:GO Players Are from Denmark

Looking at the top five CS:GO players with the most money earned we find only players from Denmark. Currently, Emil “Magisk” Reif holds 5th place with total earnings of $1,523,240. Fourth place is taken by Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander with $1,764,067.

Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz is currently ranked third with total earnings of $1,889,554, while the second place within the richest CS:GO players is taken by Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth with $1,904,350. Only $25k separate Xyp9x from the first place which is taken by Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen with total earnings of $1,929,781.
